On New Site + Care, domain names are registered in your business's name and billed at cost (about $12/yr). Prices are in USD.

New Site + Care is $99 up front plus $30/month (plus domain, about $12/yr). We host it, renew the domain, and make monthly updates. You can cancel anytime after 3 months. Own It is $250 once: we build the same site, hand over the files, and you run your own domain and hosting. Later changes on Own It are $25 each.
Your photos, text and logo are always yours. On Own It you get the files when we finish. On New Site + Care, after the 3-month minimum you can cancel and we'll hand over your site files. Your domain is registered in your business's name.
We modernize your existing site: mobile-friendly layout, tap-to-call, updated content and photos, faster loading, and basic SEO. It's $79.99 one-time. You can add Care Only ($30/mo) afterward if you want ongoing updates.
